Daniel Defense engineers and manufactures parts and accessories for Military Small Arms. We are intensely focused on providing top quality small arms product solutions to our Military and Law Enforcement community with innovative engineering and our state of the art manufacturing facility.

History

Daniel Defense was founded in 2000 by Marty Daniel.

Mr. Daniel began Daniel Defense to provide readily-available, quality small arms products in the commercial market.

After a few years of concerted effort to providing premium quality and the best value small arms parts to the commercial market, Mr. Daniel’s M4 Rail™ was adopted by the United States Army Marksmanship Unit, for the Designated Marksman Rifle Program.

Once this contract was won and Daniel Defense began delivering against it, Mr. Daniel and his team took a crack at the coveted United States Special Operations Command SOPMOD contract. Daniel Defense was recently awarded the sole source contract to produce the RIS II for the SOPMOD block II. With all of Daniel Defense’s military business, Daniel Defense still has Mr. Daniel’s initial vision of providing top quality products at an awesome value to the commercial market at the core of our company’s values.

Daniel Defense’s quality assurance team ensures that every part that reaches our customers hands is perfect. This is accomplished by an ever-evolving quality assurance plan. Daniel Defense 100% inspects every lot of parts, for both tolerance to drawings and tolerance to finishing specifications. Every part is inspected before and after each manufacturing process. This ensures that our customers receive the highest quality machined small arms accessories available.
