The Omega Rail 7.0™ is designed to work with carbine length AR15 gas systems and its exceptionally light weight makes it perfect for short rifles where size and weight are crucial performance attributes.

All Daniel Defense Rail Systems are built to the 1913 Military Specification and are 100% Quality Assurance checked for conformity to the specification.

The Omega Rail™ comes standard with three black ladders to protect the 1913 rails as well as the shooters hand. The Ladders are constructed from santoprene, which can handle heat up to 350 degrees.

I own two Omega Rails. They have replaced the M4 handguards and a named brand two-piece aluminum handguard I had on my two M4 type carbines. I like their size and secure fit. These are excellent!

This is by far one of the best rail sytems I have seen. It was incredibly easy to install and has a rock solid lockup. I have a surefire M910 foregrip attached and I am amazed how secure and rock solid the entire system is! I would highly reccomend this system to anyone. Thanks DD for making such a great product

I recently received my Adams Arms Gas Piston System. It came with another brand name rail system, 2-piece, non-ff. I contacted Jason Adams, he told me that the Daniel Defense Omega 7.0 worked great (As seen at the recent SHOT Show) I ordered mine from Bravo Company USA, it arrived a few days later. It installed like a breeze, is solid as a rock and looks great. Excellent mounting system DD! Keep up the good work.

Very well designed and thought out rail. This one is very easy for the end user to install without a gunsmith or armorer. I installed one on the SBR my wife owns. She hated rails because most are too big for her small hands. The Omega is the exception and is perfect for her, she loves it.
