The Patent Pending Daniel Defense Omega Rail™ system is the most exciting rail system to hit the market in years! The Omega Rail™ is a free float rail system that allows the individual operator install it with the Allen Key provided and requires ZERO modification to the weapon! The Omega Rail™ features an integral QD sling swivel mount, with rotation limiter, and an uninterrupted upper rail platform. This light weight rail system is meticulously CNC machined from Aircraft Grade Aluminum and is Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodized. All the Omega Rail fasteners are military specification.

The Omega Rail 9.0™ is designed to work with mid length AR15 gas systems.

All Daniel Defense Rail Systems are built to the 1913 Military Specification and are 100% Quality Assurance checked for conformity to the specification.

The Omega Rail™ comes standard with three black ladders to proctect the 1913 rails as well as the shooters hand. The Ladders are contructed from santoprene, which can handle heat up to 350 degrees.

The Omega rail is definitely worthy of the hype it’s been receiving around the AR community. The overall design and Daniel Defense’s attention to detail makes the rail nearly perfect. It is without a doubt one of the nicest rails on the market.

I just purchased one of these for my BCM 16″ Mid Length Upper Receiver Group. I bought the Omega Rail 9.0 (Midlength) based upon my positive experience with the two Omega Rail™ 7.0 (Carbine) I already own and use.

I received my 9″ (Midlength) Omega Rail about two weeks ago and installed it the same day in less than 10 minutes on my Armalite M-15 midlength carbine. This is my second DD Omega Rail, the first one is the 7″ Omega Rail installed on my M-15 carbine with the carbine length gas system and they both are outstanding rail systems. They install in just minutes and fully free float your barrel without any modifications at all to your weapon, and they are rock solid. If you are looking for a rail system, don’t look any further, these are the best by far.

I bought an Omega Rail 9.0 for my Rock River Arms AR-15 midlength rifle and installed it in minutes. It was simple and straight forward. I’m so glad I didn’t have to do anything crazy like cut the D-Ring (I was watching a YouTube video on another company’s free-float setup and it made me shiver) or use special tools. It’s very light and has no sharp edges. Looks beautiful. I’m glad I spent the extra money compared to the cost of an average free-float quad-rail.

The Omega Rail is amazing! After much research into quad rail systems from other manufactures I went with Daniel Defense, and boy am I glad that I did! The Omega Rail does everything that it advertises. I Installed the Omega Rail 9.0 (mid-length) on my Rock River Arms Elite A4 in less than 10 minutes with basic tools. Everything lined up and fit perfectly. Once adjusted the rail is rock solid, zero movement, completely resolves the rotation issues found with most stock plastic AR hand-guards. The workmanship and quality of the Omega Rail is outstanding. Worth every penny. By far the best user installable free-float rail system on the market.
